We employ a closed-loop engineering development model, utilizing DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews, precision mold structure design, mold flow simulation analysis, cooling and ejection system optimization, and high-standard CNC/EDM/wire cutting manufacturing processes to ensure high-cycle production stability and micron-level fit reliability. GP Mold has the capability to support injection molding equipment from 100T to 1600T and can provide both aluminum and high-grade steel mold solutions, adapting to production transitions from small-batch verification to tens of millions of units in scale. GP Mold prioritizes the use of high-hardness, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and high-polish steels in motorcycle parts mold manufacturing, such as S136/S136H, 4Cr13/420, 718H/738H, H13, NAK80, etc. This is combined with controlled heat treatment (vacuum quenching/tempering/nitriding) and wear-resistant coating processes (PVD/TiN/CrN/hard chrome plating) to ensure that the molds maintain excellent dimensional stability and cavity surface integrity even under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure injection molding cycles and outdoor humid, hot, and oily environments. The compatible molding materials system covers general plastics (PP, ABS, HDPE), engineering plastics (PC, PA6/PA66, POM, PBT, PC/ABS alloy, ASA, TPE/TPU, PPSU), and high-performance motorcycle-grade materials (glass fiber reinforced such as PP-TD20/EPDM, PA66+GF30%, PBT-GF30%, weather-resistant UV-modified ASA, oil and fuel vapor resistant, high-temperature resistant 130–150°C such as PBT-GF/PPSU, low-temperature -30°C impact modified PC/PP, optical grade high-transparency PC/PMMA, self-lubricating low-friction POM/PA+PTFE, flame retardant V-0 grade, and flexible TPE/TPU overmolding inserts). Mold surface treatment strictly adheres to SPI/SPE standards (A-1/A-2 grade mirror finish, B grade semi-gloss, C grade matte polishing), and supports VDI textures, laser etching, sandblasting, mold chrome plating, mirror polishing, anti-stick coatings, and localized enhanced cooling with beryllium copper inserts to ensure streak-free optical lenses, scratch-resistant fenders, and uniform and consistent light guides. We provide mold delivery and validation capabilities compliant with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, UL 94, RoHS, REACH, and other specifications, and support cleanroom production environments (Class 7–8) and a traceable material batch management system.
